創立於 2021 年，作為香港首間進駐新界的普拉提教室，我們實行「一時段，一客戶」的私人預約制服務，在 100% 高隱私度的專屬空間內，提供普拉提器械及墊上或伸展課堂。我們專注於糾正都市人不良體態、舒緩慢性痛症與深層鍛鍊核心力量。另外，亦有提供 Redcord® 及 嬋柔® 課堂。

Welcome to Pilates Anywhere

Established in 2021, Pilates Anywhere is the first pilates studio located at New Territories of Hong Kong offering Pilates equipment and mat classes. Operating on  "one client per each time-slot" basis, we offer an exclusive, high-privacy sanctuary with pilates equipments. We specialize in posture adjustment, chronic pain relief, and core training.
