本人明確理解並知曉運動是一項具有潛在風險的活動，參與所有種類的運動存在受傷甚至死亡的風險。本人在此確認自願參加 Pilates Anywhere Studio 提供的活動和課程，並使用其提供的設備和器材。本人在此明確承擔所有風險、危險、潛在傷害或死亡，並自願放棄、免除和解除對Pilates Anywhere Studio、其董事、員工和股東因參與上述活動而引起的所有損害賠償、責任、訴訟或其他索賠。
如因本人疏忽而導致活動中任何設備、器具、裝置或其他財物遭到損壞或損毀（正常損耗除外）、偷竊或被移走，本人須支付修理、修復或重新購置有關物品的費用。
Pilates Anywhere Studio 不設任何原因之退款。如因惡劣天氣或其他不可抗力因素而取消的活動同樣會作延期處理，但所有情況下均不設退款。
本人同意及容許Pilates Anywhere Studio 在行程/課程中有拍照或錄像拍攝作記錄及宣傳用途以不同的形式發佈，並且不收取任何酬勞。
本人同意在課程之前及進行時，遵守Pilates Anywhere Studio 的指引及指示。
本人已詳細閱讀及同意上列豁免和免責條款、規則、一切條款及細則。

In consideration of my participation in the activities and programs offered by Pilates Anywhere Studio and my use of its equipment and machinery, I fully acknowledge and understand that exercising is a potentially hazardous activity, and that fitness activities involve a risk of injury or even death. With full knowledge of the dangers and risks involved, I hereby confirm that I voluntarily participate in the activities and programs offered by Pilates Anywhere Studio and use its equipment and machinery. I hereby expressly assume and accept all risks, dangers, potential injury, or death involved in such activities. Accordingly, I do hereby expressly waive, release, and discharge all claims, liabilities, actions or otherwise which I have or may in the future have against Pilates Anywhere Studio , its directors, officers, employees, and shareholders, on account of all injuries or damages arising out of or attributable to my participation in the above-mentioned activities.
If any equipment, apparatus, fixture or other property at the activity is damaged or destroyed (other than normal wear and tear), stolen or removed due to my negligence, I will pay the cost of repairing, restoring or repurchasing such items.
Pilates Anywhere Studio does not offer refunds for any reason. Activities canceled due to bad weather or other force majeure factors will also be postponed, but no refunds will be provided in all cases.
I agree and allow Pilates Anywhere Studio to take photos or videos during the courses for recording and publicity purposes, and publish them in different forms without receiving any remuneration.
I agree to follow Pilates Anywhere Studio's guidelines and instructions prior to and during the course.
I have read and agree to the above waiver and disclaimer, rules, all terms and conditions.
